Know Before You Go
Children aged 0–2 years enter free of charge, while those 3 years and above are required to pay the adult rate. Guests should wear casual attire suitable for the weather. Please note that starting 20 January 2026, a new entry process for multi-park tickets will be implemented to enhance the guest experience and strengthen fraud prevention. Guests will be able to enter the parks simply by scanning their face at the turnstile. To register, guests should scan the QR code on their ticket, select "Register Face Tag," complete their personal details, accept the terms and conditions, and capture/upload their photo. Each guest must have an individual park ticket and complete their own registration. It is recommended that registration be completed at the point of sale or at least one day before the visit, when guests have access to the internet or Wi-Fi, as failure to register in advance may result in delays at the entrance.
